Traditional Fresh Cheese "Servilleta"
The napkin or cloth is a native ancestral cheese. Currently still retains the same handmade process which had originally, by molding and pressing it through a cotton cloth.
This process gives a rounded shape, with the marks of the fabric used as template.
It has a smooth crust and upper level press the usual fresh cheeses, which affects a more intense flavor.
Served in sealed packaging, in film or bucket with brine for optimal conservation.
